im trying to figure out on a good exercise routine for me. i havent worked out in 4 yrs. so i am trying to do baby steps then work up my routine. any advice would be greatly apprciated. thanks in advance.

It's been a couple of months since you posted, how are you doing so far? Good I hope! Where are you "starting" from? Do you do walking? That's always a good place to start, then bump up the distance and speed every week. I also recommend adding some resistance training. (Even if it's light at first, this helps to build muscle.) If you are a little more advanced, then you could do intervals and strength training.)
