Problems losing the weight after 3rd c section

HI my names tina im 26 and i have three little ones, ethens 4 carisa is about to be 3 and liam is 1. I didn't have any problems after the first two tightening back up but i am having a problem with this one. Im up too 210 last check and im 5'3 so its not a good thing, Im way over where i  like to be or even wanna be. I been exercising and working out, when its not pulling i do okay. I don't have alot of time in the day between college and the kids to get my workout in Any advice anyone?

Layed off the soda started drinking more water, low sodium. I been exercising three times a week eating more veggies and healthy snacks when i want one. I lost an inch of my waist so far, okay for a start:)

I'm not sure if anyone has looked at this lately but i found out that my pulling is scar tissue and i have to work on loosening it up by rubbing it and stuff
