I'm starting another and hopefully my last attempt at weight loss. I'm 27y.o and a mother of 2. After my DD was born I was 256lbs (5'8"), after seeing myself in a pic and was horrified and lost 30lbs by walking/running on a treadmill but then got pregnant with my DS. After he was born I worked my way down to 180lbs (was a SAHM at the time) since then I worked full time and put on 20lbs. So last Sunday when I started my current diet I weighed in at 208lbs. My goal is 150ish. I'm currently saving up for a treadmill so I can start running again. I did a couple 5k races a few years ago and really enjoyed them. So I want to train for more races.
