Here is where you can put your weigh-ins. Decide for yourself whether you would like to do just weight or inches & weight. Put your starting weight (along with the date). Each week go back & edit your original post & add on you current weight (along with the date). You can decide how you want to do inches. If you want to do it every week, every two weeks, once a month, or every once in a while. I understand that we're moms & we're busy. So if you miss a week either make up for it when you can or wait until the next week.
We'll do weigh-ins on Friday, if that's not good for you, do it when it is good for you. Good luck mommas. I can't wait to see your progress.
