I sold one old COZMO on this site and I have pump supplies listed there that we no longer need.  It may come in handy for some of you.

It's illegal to sell pumps and supplies in the US since they are prescription items.

I am not selling the INSULIN.  That is what would be illegal.  The pump is a medical device, owned by me... since it is out of warranty.    I have checked with the company.

Hospital beds purchased with a prescription  could also be sold...etc.

I would check the law and not just with the company.  You are not supposed to sell prescription items and pumps and cgm, etc are.  It scares me that people will buy used pumps since there is such a huge risk to use it without having it checked out not to mention it's dangerous to start using them without the proper training.  There is a reason they are prescription items. 

I doubt a hospital bed could land a person in the hospital or possibly kill them.
