2c. powdered sugar 1 1/2c crushed vanilla wafers 1 1/2c finely chopped walnuts
1/4c unsweetened cocoa powder 1 tbsp light colored corn syrup
2 tbsp bourbon or rum (i use bout 5tbsp whiskey)
1) mix powdered sugar, vanilla wafers, nuts, and cocoa powder. stir in corn syrup bourbon, rum or whiskey, and 3 tbsp water till combined. on a surface lightly dusted with powdered sugar, pat candy mixture into a 8X6inch rectangle; cut into 48 pieces, roll each piece into a ball in powdered sugar. place balls in a tightly covered container.
