so frankie has eczema and i noticed it when he was reallllly little. anyway he is almost 2 and for a while now hes had some white spots. his cousins on his dad side have them as well. his are small but his cousins have a lot of big ones. its like the pigment on his skin is changing in some places. i was wondering if theres anything i can use to reverse them. im hoping they wont be permanent.
