Easy yummy Casserole Dish

I made up a really good simple casserole dish the other night.  I was in a quick hurry b/c it was late and this is what I did

1 box of the corn taquitos (I used steak but you could use any kind)(Don't use the flour kind it will make it tooo mushy)

1 large can of enchalada sauce

1 bag of shredded taco cheese

I layered the taquitos in the bottom of the pan, added the can of enchalada sauce, then the cheese Baked it at 350 for 20 mins.  It was yummy and quick.
