1 1/2 c flour
1 c chopped nuts (i use pecans)
1/2 c brown sugar
1 tbl baking powder
1 tea cinnamon
1/2 tea salt
1/4 tea nutmeg
2 ripe bananas mashed
3/4 c milk
5 tbl melted butter
Preheat oven to 400 & line muffin tins with papers. Mix flour, nuts, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, salt & nutmeg. Stir in bananas,milk, butter & egg. Mix until just blended. Don't overmix - this causes those "tunnels" & pointy tops. Fill tins with batter & bake about 20 mins.
