Regarding time management, I'd love to meet the mom who's truly mastered this!
I am certainly not a "master", but I have found something that somewhat keeps me on track. I make a list of the tasks I need to accomplish for the day. I use this to gauge my productivity. When I get a lot of my list done, then I have managed my time well. On those days that I only get 1 or 2 things checked off, I know I've not done so well!
One thing to remember, though...don't be too hard on yourself if you don't get through EVERYTHING on your list. You don't have to be perfect! For the things you don't get taken care of, just roll them over to the next day and put them at the top of your list!
