I am in a new relationship with a guy I care very deeply for, and I was trying to think of a christmas gift that I could get him without it being too mushy or sappy. Now, I am a meat eater ( i'm sorry guys :( ) but he is a vegetarian ( has been one for ONE year now ) and I notice that he makes a lot of the same dishes. A brilliant idea came to mind to me the other day when i thought, I will just MAKE him a recipe book! I am a graphic designer ( still in college ), and I thought, what a great way to show I care and not be sappy and romancy about it. I am not making anything fancy but i have been using his favorite plates and cups for the photos :D
so I was hoping all you lovely vegetarian moms out there could send me your favorite recipes?! Pretty please and thank you! I am dividing the book into breakfast, lunch dinner and dessert. I would truly appreciate ANY help as I do not know much about vegetarian eating. I could just pull recipes of the lovely internet but I don't know what is good and what is bad. I do know he sometimes makes spicy dishes. Please ladies any help is TRULY appreciated!!! He eats alot of YVER (?!) food.
thank you again everyone!
