Prevention is the key....

I can't go into a whole list of things to do, but prevention is your key here..... My son "had" asthma that kept him hospitalized 4-8 days a month until I made our home asthma friendly.... which includes it being SPOTLESS clean.

I clean just about everything in our home with a mixture of 50% rubbing alcohol and 50% water in a spray bottle..... I clean every day. This cleans my home like a surgery center....

Keep her laundry spotless.

Don't allow her free access to roam while in ANY medical facility. I would keep my son in his stroller with a mask. I never allowed him to touch anything at the doctors office.

You will need to wash the hell out of your hands and arms.... keep very clean, don't touch and spread the germs to her.

Don't wear shoes in your house... people spit on the ground all the time (spit = germs/infections) and you need to keep that OUTSIDE.

Just prevention.... after awhile when her system builds up you wont have to be so crazy clean =-)

Peace,
Kana
