I realized that I get moody for no go reason and unfortunately I take it out on my daughters..they are 8 and 5 and I fell like all day I'm upset at them..does anybody else feel this way

Personally, I think ALL women get moody for no reason sometimes. That being said, Its wrong to take it out on other people, ESPECIALLY YOUR KIDS!.. You know damn well you're not mad at them, so deal with it. 

I do recommend, however, telling those closest to you (man & kids).. "I'm in a bad mood today. If I'm not being considerate to you I don't mean to be and I'm sorry. I would appriciate it if you understand and tell me when I'm being mean (or even too mean." If you do that, you're OWNING your responsibiltys, taking controll of your moods. AND allowing to your kids to understand that they aren't the ones in the wrong. It also helps to teach them that being responsible for what they do and say is important. This comes in handy in their teen years, when THEY will need to do whats right or wrong.
