Need to send an email

Hello Cafemoms...

I have a situation that I haven't spoken to my ex-bff in a few months and I have some things would like to say to my sister too. I want to have a girl night in to get everything out on the table. But, I don't know how to start the email. ANy suggestions??

I think it would be beneficial for the 3 of us to get together and talk. I was hoping we could meet (sat night) @ (8pm) at ( name a place). Thank you. Do you think is good idea to do?  She put in the email that we're grown adults ands we should be able to handle what the person says.
