What are diet plans or pills you went on to lose weight? More than just exercise!

I don't do diets.. Makes me think I am depriving myself and I want to eat more. I just make sure to eat breakfast, small lunch and small dinner and 1 snack and I walk a lot for exercise... So far I am down 27lbs :) when you find what works for you then it's easy to stick with it!
