14 month old can't hold down milk?

My best friends son who is now 14 months old hasn't been able to keep down any form of milk product since birth. He always throws up and it's not just a little it's all of it. She's changed milk and seen doctors and specialists but no one has answers for her. If she's been trying everything for 14 months why is there still no answers? It's sad the poor thing is covered in vomit every time she picks him up from his nap. Any suggestions as to what the problem might be?

Are they animal based milks or plant based milks like coconut or almond? Animal milks like cow could be a lactose intolerance. Raw milks, goat especially can be good for this or plant based milks like almond or coconut. Soy is not good because it has high contents of plant based estrogen.

When my son was that age he to would get sick. I was able to put him on soy formula. We kept him away from milk based products. As he grew older we tried again. We started with a little ice cream and if that worked we moved up the ladder. Today hi is 17 and has no problems from milk. hope this helps.
