Hi Ladies.

I am ElectricYouth, I used to have an Oilfield group but when I changed my name it went to Mrs.Alva. Anyway a little about me. I am married to the love of my life Jonathan. Together we have 3 amazing girls ages 13,10 and 6. We are Oilfield. As of late 2009 we are West Virgina natives due to the Marcellus Shale.. My hubby is a geologist. He broke out as a mudlogger. He worked for 2 Mudlogging companies and said "done", and got his degree and now works in an office 5 days a week.  He still goes out in the field and gets a little dirty but not like he was. I am so very proud of him and all the accomplishments he made. He is a prior Military Staff Sergent. He did his time and got out. My daddy is what helped push him into the Oilfield. I come from a long line of "Oilfield Trash".. My parents were both Oilfield- my Mother work HR and my Daddy was a welder. He finally worked his way to Company Man. I lost my daddy on Nov 23(Thanksgiving)2006 to a brief battle of NSCLC. I am proud to say we are "Oilfield Trash making that Oilfield Cash"..

I am excited to meet more wives/girlfriends/fiances that are associated with Oilfield. I love my Oilfield friends. We got lots in common. We are lonely(at times) and need a shoulder to lean on. I have met some of the best friends in Oilfield Groups. Hope to talk to some of you.

Hi, I'm Sheri, My husband works on the rig he's been there for almost 9 years now. My dad pushed my husband into the oilfield too. My dad was a Mechanic for Parker drilling for forever it seem's like. I lost him a couple of years ago to cancer but the oilfield tradition carries on with our kiddo's.  I love the oilfield family, some of the best people in the world.
