Hey mommas! Would you like to lose some weight while making some new mommy friends? I know I would, but I hate going alone. I've looked into stroller fitness groups and there's always some kind of fee. This group is free, and we can all make suggestions on different exercises to do. We can have playdates and moms nights out as well.
