Anyone know where to get Quick Barley in bulk? I can find the pearled barley almost every where, but I'd prefer the quick version...
Do you have a winco? I haven't looked for quick barley, but winco might have it. Then if they do, you could probably buy a big bag of it and put it into #10 cans yourself.

Never heard of Winco. I'll take a look online and check out their locations. Thanks for the tip!

They're both hulled and pearled. Quick Barley has been steamed and then dried, so you can prepare them in about 1/3 the time as regular pearled Barley. I hear that nutrition may be lower in the quick barley, but it's a trade off I'm willing to take for the convenience!
I add the quick barley to my soups and stews, and it only takes about 15 minutes to become tender.
