In another post the store WinCo was mentioned as having some bulk items.
Our WalMart has a tiny tiny bulk section, but it's generally brands that I don't use.
We buy our spices and some case goods at Costco for the convenience, but the price isn't always the best.
A local store with two branches (SW Montana) Town and Country is a place that has some good prices on cheese and case goods, about 5-10% below WalMart. It's a place where you bag your own groceries.
What other stores do you shop at to buy the big family sizes of shelf goods, like #10 cans of fruit, case goods, etc.?
Sams does a good deal on meat and cheeses i need more ideas as well

I hear people mention Sams. Is this Sam's Club you're referring to? None near me, but I think you need a membership to shop there, right?
Locally, near the Idaho Falls area, we have a store called Broulim's that does case lot sales about twice a year. Then we also have Smith's which is an affiliate of Kroger, and they do case lot sales about twice a year also. I stock up on those for smaller cans that I like to have around and buy cases at a time to save myself time. Then I shop at Sam's club and Costco occasionally to get other bulk foods like bags of rice, big things of oil, powdered sugar.... I also shop at WinCo and Walmart. Our Walmart out here in Ammon (which is right next to Idaho Falls) has a food storage center in the front of the store and they carry Augusen Farms products in #10 cans along with a few different food storage items. I occasionally will buy something from them. Then I buy most of my long term food storage at the LDS cannery in Idaho Falls. I have also purchased from Shelf Reliance and gotten some of their Thrive foods.
Yep, Sam's club and yes, you do have to be a member to go into. It's like Costco, I actually prefer Costco to Sam's, but Sam's is closer to us then Costco is, so we go there more often.

Oh, I've also purchased from Honeyville and from Emergency Essentials, but never have been into an actual store of theirs, I've just ordered online.
We have a sams near us.I dont know if they have # 10 cans.Ive heard Kroger has a store about an hr from us(RANDALLS).
GOD first ppl next things last you cant go wrong and w/ GOD and JESUS around you,you will be a a triple strand rope
I agree with using Honeyville Grains and Emergency Essentials. I've used both of them and am always pleased with their products. They have awesome deals on shipping too.
I have started building my home strore through Shelf Reliance and the Q with Thrive. I am a consultant and I LOVE the products. My food storage is growing slowly but the products are freeze dried and have a long shelf life and are of very high quality. Some of my best customers used to be faithful to Honeyville Grains and Emergency Essentials but now are on the Q with Thrive.

I've heard that the consultant's can offer cheaper prices than they offer online. True?
