You can buy them from Shelf Reliance, Augason Farms, & Emergency Essentials (to name a few). I have personally tried and liked the powdered eggs from both Shelf Reliance and Augason Farms.

Yeah, I'm not a huge fan of the eggs scrambled by themselves. If you add cheese & spinach &/or other veggies then they're a little better. They're best for baking, though.

Yes most food storage places have them. Yeah plain not great but I love using themin baked goods and if you mix with fresh eggs for things like French toast. I ha r also used them in breakfast casseroles and breakfast burritos and as long a you have other ingredients they aren't bad

I picked up some at a WalMart in Idaho. Auguson Farms brand, I believe....
