Garlic is becoming the best way to flavor up your food without large amount of sodium.  Please post your favorite use of garlic!  Or if you have a supplement to salt, please feel free to share it.

All of the Ms. Dash seasonings are amazing!

How much sodium does garlic have anyways?

I use garlic in almost everything! If not fresh garlic, then garlic powder. I actually am guilty of eating garlic by itself!!

When ever I put something in the crock pot:  chicken, roast etc etc.  I throw garlic in it for some FLAVOR!  I would say my garlic press is my favorite tool in the kitchen.  We also put garlic in our mash potateos, grilled veggies, or pastas.
