Hi everyone, I am not a CF mom but I actually work for the Cf Foundation and raise money for families just like you everyday. CF is a cause I am a strong advocate for and if anytime any of you have questions or anything, I am here. I may not know exactly what your going through but I work and inform myself with it everyday. I look forward to getting to know all of you.
Hi, my name is Stephanie and I just joined this group...I cant believe all the people that have joined this group and how CF has somehow touched these peoples lives. I have two children with CF. My daughter is 2 and was diagnosed at 6 months and genetically confirmed when she turned 1 and my son is 2 months old and he was confirmed at 2 weeks old. I have a couple of questions for you...is CF considered a rare disease? Also I have been thinking alot about when my children go to school and what kinds of obstacles they may encounter? I would love to speak to moms whose children have CF and go to public school and what it is like.
