my sister little girl was like that....she said that looking back she just wasnt ready and she wishes she would have waited another 6 motnhs to try instead of making it a frustrating experience :(

Hugs first of all cause I've had potty issues with all 3 of my kids. My boys had pee issues & wore Pull-ups for what felt like forever & now I'm dealing with my DD not doing #2 in the toilet at all. :( We also had a pee issue with her & I honestly tried everything to get her to go. The one thing that worked for us was to literally make her sit all day on the potty chair & give her the sippy cup. I'm a SAHM so I was able to put in the time & I lived with my mother who helped me. I'd try that for now & for the rash just use Triple Paste cause it cures rashes pretty quickly. Good luck!

Are you using any reward or incentive programs with her?

Yes, sometimes kids just need a little longer to develop the muscle awareness and motivation. :)

we started bare bottomed with my son & kept the potty chair in the same room.  when he started to pee, I set him on it right away.

I agree that kids have to develop the neurological ability to hold their bladders and control the output. That develops in it's own time. So you can't ask a child to do something they just can't. Sometimes just taking a break for a few weeks and trying again is all you need.

I don't have any great ideas for you either, kind of in the same spot with my 2 1/2 year old DD, she does great one day and the next nothing at all.  I haven't taken the step to put her in panties all day just pull ups.
