20 month old self-training.. except for the poop.

My son will be 2 in July and for the past month he's been climbing up on the toilet to pee. WOOHOO! I'm not too worried about getting him totally trained right now but he's willing to learn, so I want to encourage it as much as possible. He gives absolutely no cues for when he's going to poop. He's a total ninja pooper. What can I do to encourage him to at least try to poop on the toilet? What kind of cues should I be looking for, because I just have no warning signs that make me think he's going to poop. He runs to the toilet.. AFTER he's crapped his pants.

Maybe have him fart while on the toilet and maybe that will trigger him having to poop.
