Just by eliminating salt and sugar from your diet you can lose weight!
You get enough salt for your body through the meat and foods that you eat. When you buy groceries next... only purchase fresh foods or no sodium /low sodium if no sodium isnt an option. When you cook add the pepper... but not the salt! Hide that salt and only use it when you need it as a defense again a supernatural spirit *wink*. Buy some Mrs. Dash with no salt and other product... make sure you look at that label! If you HAVE to use a "fat free" cooking spray limit it to one spray only. Those sprays are straight fat!! The bypass the laws and get to use "fat free" on the label but its the same thing as spraying your pan with oil or fat. Buy some good non-stick pans and you wont need spray. Also if you want to "fry" an egg. Turn the pan on and get it hot before you crack the egg and it will come up easy but you need to just be eating the whites!
Have you ever looked at the label of a DIET soda? LOADED with sodium! More than your entire day! And sports drinks are really bad for you if you are trying to lose weight.
Drink only water and unsweet tea. You have add splenda and lemons. To mix it up you can make some "lemonade" cut up a lemon and put in water with some slenda, leave overnight and the next day... lemonade! Switch to splenda and limit your use to minimum!!
If you are craving some dessert. Add some splenda and/or cinnamon to some fruit (cooked or raw), oatmeal (regular oats in the can.. pass on instant bc of sodium), sweet potatoes, butternut squash or pumpkin.
