I ordered the sensa product that you sprinkle on your food to help you lose the weight has anyone ordered it and have actually tried it? and does it work? please let me know i have tried so many things and nothing has worked for me. i do go to the gym but i need that extra help and i thought i would give sensa a try since i hear so much about it.

i have gained back all my weightand decided to hit it hard jan 1st. 1/1 is also when i have plans to rejuvinate this group.
