i lost 40 lbs in 2 months... here is my story

I wrote this for someone who wanted to hear my story and i thought.. i would copy it and share it with everyone.

so here is my story... its actually really excited to be telling it now that I am actually sitting down writing it out. 

When I met my "husband" I was 120 lbs... and on a diet! I  was 112ish foooorever and 120 was a big deal to me. But instead of loosing weight... i gained it! I cut calories and walked in my subdivision at night, tried weight watchers, and adkins but nothing worked. I ended up going to my doctor but I kept gained and couldnt loose any of it. SHe was floored because she always complimented my on how healthy I was so she did blood work. She my thyroid was out of whack. But the results only showed that my cholesterol was high. so switched back to calorie counting... still no luck! I ended up getting up tp 175 lbs.

And then tim asked me to marry him (true love,eh) so i was desperate to get this weight off and had no success. Two months before the wedding, my best friend and I went to 'the womens conference' in Nashville to... well really to see the firemen strip... but i told my husband to get new makeup for the wedding. There was a herbalife booth set up there... and i thought, "ill try anything".

so I got a weight loss kit for $135 which was Shake Mix ( breakfast and lunch/6 different flavors), Herbal tea concentrate(i admit, i didnt use this... i replace it with my diet green tea with honey that i drank anyway), cell activator(helps with energy nd absorption of  nutrients in vitamins and shakes), Multivitamins (you can figure this one out, eh), cell-u-loss(eliminates excess body fluid and helps break up cellulite), and total control (i think of this one as the heart of the kit because it boost metabolism and gave me energy). I also got Snack Defensefor like $24 (omg, I love this one! I am hungry all the time and this totally knocked out my cravings. it is for appetite control and a reduces carbohydrate absorption). 

I also will admit that sometimes I just couldnt handle another shake for lunch so I would have one for breakfast and a 200-250 calorie lunch. Im sure I should have followed the directions all the time but.. I mean sometimes I just needed aturkey sandwich and a pickle! But I still lost the weight. By my wedding day, I was down to 134 lbs.
