the shapeworks program is to loose, maintain, or gain weight. It just depends on how you take the products. to loose, you want to take the tablets 3x a day, the shakes 2x a day (breakfast and lunch), and eat a colorful meal for supper (meat and veggies) and if you choose take the snack defense as directed on bottle to ward off hunger between meals!

Shake Mix ( breakfast and lunch/6 different flavors),
Herbal tea concentrate(i admit, i didnt use this... i replace it with my diet green tea with honey that i drank anyway),
cell activator(helps with energy nd absorption of  nutrients in vitamins and shakes),
Multivitamins (you can figure this one out, eh),
cell-u-loss(eliminates excess body fluid and helps break up cellulite), and
total control (i think of this one as the heart of the kit because it boost metabolism and gave me energy).

Other options would be:

 there is an *ultimate kit. this kit is the advanced kit plus the snack defense and a variety of snacks to try and see which ones you like. the herbalife snacks are 100 percent ok to eat at anytime you are hungry between meals.

also ther is the shapeworks advanced plus protein. this is the advanced kit with a larger canister of shake mix and a canister of protein powder. the protein powder is for if the shakes and/or snack defense (snack defense not included in advanced or this one) just dont seem to be doing their job then you can add some of this to your shake. it is just a filler. it helps you not be hungry while you are still adjusting to your stomach strinking.
