i am hurting!! but progress is being made!!

Well i added the bike into my walking around the block routine but i didnt do it today but i was hurting bc i added another block.... just one more block... but geeez!!!

well i know at least that the jello legs and hurting side will not being hurting after one week of pushing it and then i can upgrade again.
