I am trying the special k diet and it works, i would recommend any woman to try it for a couple of weeks and you will see for yourself.I don't have any pics to show but i will when i finish my diet.happy

I know I'm late, but I was thinking about trying this. Were you still hungry after the cereal? How did you do in the end? Thanks!

I love Special K! It is a really great healthy alternative to other foods.

i thoughgt about it but then I thought... Id be hungry.

Cereal never stays with me (well cold cereal). Do you feel hungry?
