I NEED HELP ON HOW TO LOOSE WEIGHT

I NEED EVERY ONES THOUGHTS, EXPERIENCE, ECT. I HAD MY TWIN BOYS AND MY SKIN STRECHED OUT TO THE MAX. THE SKIN WAS JUST HANGING THERE FOR A WHILE BUT I GAINED WEIGHT THE HEVYEST IVE BEEN IN MY WHOLE LIFE I NEED TO LOOSE LIKE 50-60 POUNDS. I NEED HELP TO LOOSE THE WEIGHT WHAT SHOULD I USE,PILLS,TEAS,WHAT SHOULD I DO ANYBODY HELP.I NEED PEOPLE THAT USED A PRODUCT THAT WORKED.AND ON ALL YOUR BODY NOT JUST ONE SPOT EVERY WHERE.WRITH ME IF YOU HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS.

 You have lots of options to choose from and if you still need help... I'm here to help!!

I'm sorry the group flopped for a while. I didnt have internet or a computer... which made it hard to get online!

You can use supplements or choose not to use them. Either way you are gioing to have and commit to a diet and/or exercise routine.

It depends on what you like and feel that you can commit to best.

If you are stilll wanting to lose weight:

1. You can count calories. Yoiu can find online calorie counting tools to help determine the amount you need to consume each day. This option leaves all foods and all types open to you as a choice. You just need to log the calories and not go over the amt.

Weight Watchers is a form of calorie counting. they take the fat grams, the calories, etc and formulate it into a points system. It may vary slightly differently than straight up calorie counting but it's the same principal.

2. You can do a specialty diet. Like atkins. Atkins eliminates carbs causing your body to use other resources as a form of energy and burn from your storage. It works but your body needs carbs and you need to make sure you add carbs back when you are suppose to. Atkins allows you to consume fat and still lose weight.

High Protein/Low-no carb diets that the diet doctors put you on is essentially the dr. atkins diet... just worded for which ever diet is using it.

South Beach diet is a high protein/low carb diet that allows for more carbs than atkins. It combines the low fat diet and the low carb diet techniques.

The special K diet is a low cal diet. You eat a special K product for breakfast and lunch, fruit or veggies as snack, then regular supper. This is cutting your daily calories and is the same as calorie counting minus the counting! 

3. Individualize plan. There is the blood type or biotype type that determines what you can and can not eat based on your blood type. I do not know if this diet works. I dont know anyone that has tried it.

There is the Mike Thurmond's 6 week body makeover diet, which know works. You order it online and feel out/answer questions to determine which body type you are. Then you get a customized meal plan and exercise routine. Each body type has different foods his/she can eat but all eat six meals a day. This teaches your body that it is going to get fed again in 2-3 hours so it increases your metebolism and burns your fat supply. Plus you NEVER get hungry! This diet has you doing your own cooking, even cook a lot in advance to keep in fridge and have access to for your next meal. After the 6 six weeks or can continue the diet to keep losing or you start and regualr life style change to keep the weight from coming back.

The key to success with this diet and almost all the others is reducing your sodium, fat and sugar intake.

4. You can do meal replacement plans where you drink a shake in place of a meal. Or have food shipped to you.

There are lots of other options people chose: combination of the above, nuitasystem, herbalife (meal replacement diets), vegetarian plans, etc.

First and foremost, you have to choose which path you think you will stick to... then we can talk about exercise and/or supplements.
