Sunday Morning Pancake Party Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

The Sunday Morning Pancake Party starts at 7:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on September 21, 2008 and ends at 11:59  p.m. ET on September 21, 2008  (the "Promotion Period") in the Bisquick Sunday Morning Pancake Party Group on CafeMom.com.  To participate, simply join this group during the Promotion Period and play any Game that's in session.  We'll be starting a new Game every hour from 7:00 a.m. ET until 4:00 p.m. ET.   There are ten Games in all.

You'll know it's an "official" Game because it will be posted by the CafeMom Team and it will be labeled as a "GAME" - not all posts will have prizes, read carefully! To enter a Game, simply follow the instructions posted for that Game.  There will be ten winners in each Game.  Each winner will receive a set of 1 star and 1 flower pancake molds  (approximate retail value: $10.00).  Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater monetary value. You must be a qualified CafeMom member and legal U.S. resident to be eligible to win.

Winners for each Game will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received for that Game.  All drawings will be conducted on or about September 29, 2008 by CafeMom, whose decisions are final.  Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for each of the drawings.  Void where prohibited.

Winners will be notified by private message and may be required to verify their eligibility and must provide a street address for prize delivery.  If a winner does not respond to the prize notification within five days, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected from other eligible entries for that drawing. 

By participating in this promotion, you agree to release and hold harmless CafeMom and General Mills ("Sponsors"), their advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, officers, directors and agents from any liability for loss, damage or harm arising out of your participation in this promotion or winning a prize, including any claim arising out of the use of the internet to conduct this promotion.  

Participation in this promotion and acceptance of prize constitutes the winner's permission for Sponsors to use her name, address (city and state), likeness, photograph, picture, portrait, voice, biographical information and/or any statements made by the winner regarding the promotion or Sponsors for advertising and promotional purposes without notice or additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. CafeMom reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, extend or suspend this promotion should (in its sole discretion) virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the promotion. In such case, CafeMom may, at its discretion, select the winner(s) from all eligible entries received unaffected by the problem. CafeMom reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the CafeMom or web site. Any and all claims arising out of this promotion or these Rules must be brought in a court to competent jurisdiction within the United States. Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising in connection out of this promotion shall be resolved individually without resort to any sort of class action.
