I know this is a group for Caylee, but since some things about Hayleigh have been posted here I thought I'd get your thoughts...

Anyone watch that tonight? He was talking about in November 2008 Hayleigh was beaten. That her lip was busted open. He said they have the picture but they are not going to put it on television until they know everyhting about the picture. But they said that Hayleigh came from a very abusive home. Thats the first I ever heard anything about it. From what I saw on TV her family loved her very much..?

He also said that the dad has a 1 year old child with another woman, who is underaged.

I dont know to much about this but the person who last seen hayleigh is she the mother? and I read to that they are questioning her story b/c there are tips that ppl saw her coming in the house or leaving late night???

She's not the BM she is the 17yr old GF of the dad.Crazy!

I didnt see the show, however I suspected drug abuse or child abuse before. Under normal circumstances the mother USUALLY has custody of her children. But Hayleigh's dad has custody of both of the children. I suspect the Bio mom is into things deeper than they appear. Maybe even the father too, but you never know.

Yeah, sometimes children dont get put in the best situations. Like my cousin's ex wife is a psycho, seriously, so he has custody of the children. He's got prescriptions for pain killers but he abuses them. If it werent for his GF taking care of those kids I'd call CPS. His g/f is my best friend & loves those kids. But still.. neither thier Bio-mom or dad is fit to be a parent.

I really dont think that the dad is guilty of anything and as for having a young girlfriend well it happens he isnt that old and I have known plenty of girls in high school who deliberatly dated older guys myself included because high school boys are so immature in most cases so I say dont knock em til you have proof because theese people have been cooperative so far and I do feel there is a reason for the kids living with the dad though
