To those with low supply

I had to share this with you guys.
I've been taking fenugreek and blessed thistle since my son's birth and my supply was "okay" I was making exactly what he needed but never any extra to get a little 'emergency" stash
Well I went back to work last week and I guess the stress really had an effect on my supply...instead of getting 2oz each session I was getting less than an ounce...BOOO

So I ordered "More milk special blend" from motherlove off amazon.com
OH MY GOD!!! Its amazing....I just pumped almost 5oz in one session!!! I'm so excited so I had to let you guys know.
Its got fenugreek, blessed thistle and a bunch of other stuff so you only have to take this instead of 10 supplements like I was (sooo sick of trying to swallow 12 pills every few hours)

So I just pumped again...not as great but I still got 3oz....better than I usually do
So I'm still "YAY" about this stuff!!

Are you taking the MoreMilk Pills or the Liquid?  I've been taking the liquid version for 6 days now, and seen a slight improvement (which I'm happy with because I took fenugreek for 3 weeks with no results), but i'm hoping for more in the coming days.

I'm taking the pills...2pills 3x a day
I didn't take them yesterday and I def saw a dip in my supply so I gotta make sure to take them

yah I didn't notice much with the fenugreek pills...and I hated having to take so many...it was gross

Where do u get these pills? And wut ones should I take I'm barely pumping wut he needs no extra and have to do formula 1x a night cuz I don't have enough
