How many times per day and how often do you pump? I'm trying to cut out my 5am pump session, pushing it back to 8am when my son wakes. I used to pump 4 times a day, but this throws things off a bit, making two of my evening pumps too close together which makes the second one almost painful. I guess I should adjust the spacing between all 4 or possibly stretch them out to just three times per day?
Currently my daughter is 14 months old so I have started giving her cow's milk as well so I cut my pumping down to 3 times a day (finally) that is down from 5 times a day which started at around 9 months. Prior to that I pumped more often.

Ok, I'm in your exact situation. My daughter is 14 months as well and I want to start mixing cows milk into the breastmilk. How did you do it? I would love to only pump 3 times a day. How much did you get pumping 5 times a day, and now at 3 times a day?
I started by mixing 1 oz of cow's milk into the breastmilk and then slowly increased it by about one oz per week until it was all cow's milk. At this point though I still want her to have some breastmilk so I put 2 oz of breast milk and 3 oz of cow's milk in all of her feedings. If for some reason she drinks all of that then I will give her straight cow's milk. She is not very picky so the transition was pretty easy. When I was pumping more often I usually got about 3-4 oz at a time, at this point when I pump 3 times a day I only get 2-3 oz each time. I probably could get more if I pumped a little bit longer or did more massage but since I am not feeding her as much I do not try to get more than comes out easily. Prior to about 10 months I used to get a lot more (usually at least 6 oz at a time)but around that time I had a drop in supply. I contribute some of that to the travel that I do for my job and the inconsistent pumping scheule. When I decreased pumping I did that slowly as well, it is nice to be able to mix the cow's milk in because you do not have to pump nearly as much. I plan to continue to at least 18months and then who knows maybe I will stop maybe I will try for two years. How long do you plan to continue?
