A sports bra has too much compression. I got a lounging, nursing bra from target that was cotton. Loose enough to not be a problem but firm enough to keep things from moving.

You could also try spandex cami if you arent large enough to NEED a bra

Well I got a large sports bra. But you are right. Too much compression. I can't go without. I'm bigger than a DD. I haven't been able to find anything that works. It's so painful I can't even pick up my baby without crying cause they get engorged and clogged :(

I got nursing tanks from walmart.  I had to order 1-2 sizes bigger though, as they run small.

Take a look at the bravada line of bras. Good support without compression!

I would get a nursing bra if I were you!  I went the whole "since I'm not nursing, get normal bras" with my first son and had the same problem.  This time around, I went out and got nursing bras and that has helped A BUNCH!  I have an oversupply and I haven't had much of a problem with clogged ducts this time around :).  Nursing bras are able to accomodate your constantly changing boob size a lot easier :)

I am the same size as you are, I thik.  I'm a 32DD.  I found Bravado Designs Seamless and the Bliss bra (for work) and they have been wonderful to me :).
