To get more sleep, since I'm back at work, I was attemping to not need to pump in the middle of the night.  I brought it down to once, which as worked well for me thus far.

So, a GF said to just not pump at night, just pump enough to relieve the pressure.  So, I did.  I have an oversupply, so I"m not a hint worried about that!!!!!!

So, I got up at 6:30 this morning and pumped 20 ounces!!!!! You heard that right, 20!!!!!  In 8 minutes!!!!!!  Not to mention, my boobs were sooooooo sore I just HAD to get up :/

Oh well LOL.  At least I know it didn't effect my supply (yet).  ALthough < could afford to lose some of it......LOL

Thanks for my rant :)

So proud of all I have....My big boy Caden and my little Leo.

Wow! Great supply! I only make a small amount, but find that I can't give up either of my night pumps based on being uncomfortable too. I hope things eve out for you :) Keep up the great job!

I have oversupply too and I found that I just had to stick it out and not pump at night and eventually they evened out, even though it hurt for awhile.  Or you can push back your nighttime pumping an hour over time.  So if you pump at 2:00 a.m., push it back to 3:00 for awhile, then 4:00, etc..  If you keep pumping at night, you'll keep needing to pump at night and you'll never get rid of that night session.
