I was just wondering how much you pump and how often. My DS is now 14 weeks old. I pump on average 32 oz a day and pump at least 7 times. Is this good??

Yes, that's normal! I still pump 5-7 times a day (dd is almost 10 months), & that's about how much I get.

Not an exclusive pumper but....I've read that to figure out about how many ounces a baby needs a day is take babies weight and multiply it by 2.5.

My baby weighs 14lbs and should have around 35oz/day. It's not completely accurate - just a rough estimate.

Do you pump extra around when baby has multiple growth spurts? Babies cluster feed to build up supply during growth spurts so I would think you'd have to do the same as an exclusive pumper.

But anyways I have to applaud you and anyone else who exclusively pumps - it's hard work. I've had to do it for a few months with my first child and it was a pain in the ass.
