sick with food poisoing or stomach bug, among keeping up with a 9 month old my supply went down down

i feel terribly ill its so hard to pump and keep up with the baby going all over, when all i want to do is cry, curl up in a ball and/or throw up, and i cant eat which isnt helping my supply... nothing sounds good to eat or drink but i need to eat and drink to do a power pump to get back to how much he needs and wants to eat. i have milk stashed in the freezer he doesnt like it cuz its not fresh tasting, but even if he did like it i still need to pump...  help :'(

 oh, i'm sorry. being dehydrated from puking is the worst. i have been though that too. i hope you stop puking soon and can get hydrated.

all you can do is get hydrated so you start feeling better get some water in your system and water down some Gatorade and sip it and then eat small bland foods like toast. And once you are better get the flu shot feel better soon !
