Its a game called "The Hot Seat" and what it is, is one member volunteers to be in the hot seat, and anyone can ask anything they want. And the perosn in the hotseat has to answer honestly.

Here are the rules

1) Be respectful to one another. No bashing or being mean.

2) You have to answer the questions asked as honestly as you can.

3) the hot seat will last for 1 wk for each person.

This week our Hot Seat member is... me.

so just ask away

here are your questions from me:

1. did you ever go to college and get your degree?

2. what is your favorite ice cream flavor?

3. are you addicted to those crazy reality shows like american idol, america's next top model, dancing with the stars?

4. were all of your babies planned?

5. what is one skin care product that you swear by?

6. how many "true" friends do you have in your life?

ok lots of questions here i go:

1) i have been to college twice.  i started at new mexico state university.  i went there for 3 years and studied business.  then i dropped out to move away w/my husband.  so several years later i went back to school.  i atended midlands technical colllege in columia south carolina.  and i did graduate there.  i graudated w/an associates in science.  i want to eventualy be a nurse, i m actually applying to nursing school for next year.  so hopefully i will be accepted and in 3 years i will be a nurse!

2) my favorite ice cream has to be chocolate.  just plain old chocolate is the best kind!  and th funny thing is that i m eating it as i m doing this post.

3) reality shows.  i have been addicted to some.  but the one that i dont miss is dancing w/the stars.  i have watched it since the first season.  i even got my boss addicted to it!  i m totally excited for the new season!

4) my babies.  well my micahel was not planned in any form or fashion.  me and my husband were in high school when michael was concieved.  getting pregnant was the last thing on my mind the beginning of my senior year.  and my baby  josh.  he was planned.  i wanted to have another baby and my husband kept on sayiing no.  well then he found out he was going to afganistan, so i told him fine, we will either be pregnant by the time you leave i will be very fertile by the time you come home.  well we tried and tried and a couple of weeks later i was pregnant.  and that is it.  my plans are for no more babies.  my baby making days are long done.

5) skin care products.  really i m not the best person to aswer this question.  over the past several months i have been breking out all the time,  it seems like no mater what products i use i m breking out.  i do use mary kay for make-up.  and i totally love them.  but right now i cant find anything to make the acne go awaya and stay away.

6) true friends.i would say i have 3. and they are the following.

-my husband david.  well we have known each other since the 8th grade.  we recently re-unted after a 2 year seperation.  you name it we have been through it.  literally, we have been though it.  but i can say now he is my best friend.  we are stronger now than we have been in a long time.  i look foward to seeing him at the end of the day.  i look foward to speding time w/him.  he is my other half and best friend.

-lucy.  we have been friends since 2001.  we meet cause our husbands were in the same unit.  the most memorable thing we have done is giving birth.  when she was pregnant w/her oldest son, our husbands were gone and i was there when she gave birth.  it was amazing.  i was in between houses for a couple of weeks and we moved in w/her.  she knows everything that has gone on w/my marriage and was there for me.  and she recently went through a sepertion from her husband i was there and i know everything about that.  she lives in ok and i have not seen her since 2007, but we talk a lot.  there are a lot of days where i talk to her more than my husband.  and then there are other days when i wont talk to her for days.  in 2007 we both started new jobs on the same day, than later that year she bought her house and moved in, the exact same day i moved out of my in laws house and into my own hosue.

-april.  i depend on her as much as she depends on me.  we were neighboors from 2001-2004.  she is a single mom in the army.  we have been through eveerything, you name it we have been through it.  when she was going to deliver her youngest she called and i got in the car and drove 2 1/2 hours just to be here when caden was born.  when she was deployed she called me and i took temporary custody of her oldest son so she could deploy.  i was there when her heart was broken by guys and she has been ther when my heart was broken by my husband.  her oldest son actually looks like he should be mine, not hers.  while she was in iraq i sent her packages every month and then when she came home for r&r i flew out for the weekend just to come and visit her.  now i live in nc again, and we are no longer neighboors, but on weekends we are insepearble.  my husband is used to her being around all the time.

sorry if it feels like i wrote to much.  but i m a talker.
