Does anyone know any viable legitimate work from home options I can look into.  I want desperately to stay at home with my 10 week old baby girl but need some extra money to help ends meet and to help take some stress off of hubby.  I have a masters degree in Psychology and have a history of working with chronically mentally ill individuals.  However I would like to get into something like medical transcription or something where I am not selling anything and can make my own hours without having to speak to clients so I can work around my baby's schedule.  There are so many scams out there I'm just a little afraid to trust something I find in an internet search.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!  :)

  • it really depends on what you are lookings for.  The thing is, with stay at home jobs you are not paid hourly. that is just the trade off that you give for being able to stay home and set your own hours. when it comes to working from home, i have tried just about everything there is out there. i did babysitting, an in-home daycare, i sold avon, sold my crafts, signed up for all of those online paid surveys, secret shoppers, triple-clicks, google systems, you name it. it was a mess. i work from home with a wellness company right now and it is the only thing that has consistently worked for it. it does take a lot of phone work, but the vast majority of us are moms, so its ok when you can here a baby crying or bath water splashing and what not. i really enjoy it actually, it has really been great for me on many levels. my links to that are in my signature and you are welcome to go to them if you like! i just dont want you to feel pressured at all!

i am a proud mommy of 1 ornery 1 year old little boy and one very goofy 4 year old little girl, ive been married for 2 years, together for almost 5. fun loving, eco-friendly, creative, different strokes work for different folks, stay at home and work at home mommy!

  •  I absolutey know how you feel about being afraid of scams!! I did the internet searching for a year.... and, unfortunately, got scammed over and over again and lost hundreds of dollars in the process. So great job on being ahead of the game! :) Now I do work from home with a Completely legit company! Although, I did it the hard way, I'm happy that I got to where I am today! Lol. I would be more than happy to help you in your search by sharing what I do with you--- so you can consider it as one of your options! If you would like to get the info. just send me an email at robert_n_regan@yahoo.com and let me know you want additional info!

Good luck with your search! I only hope I can help :)
