The only bad workout

When I really started working out I was SOOO frustrated. I felt like an idiot and I was alone in the room. Basically, my brain was telling me,

"Hey crazy lady! You have never done this before and if someone walks in and sees you, THEY WILL KNOW. You should just stop right now before you embarrass yourself."

But I didn't stop. Sometimes I would cry. Sometimes I would Roll my eyes at myself, And sometimes I would cover the mirror in the living room because I was so insecure about myself. Crazy right? Well, I know I am not alone. But you have to push past that feeling and be okay that your boobs bounce, your bum bounces, your thighs and your tummy too. YOU WILL GET TO A PLACE WHERE YOU FEEL GOOD. If you don't know the moves, SO WHAT? If you can't do all the moves, SO WHAT? TRY TRY TRY TRY TRY and keep trying.
