 this one  is about chili

to make the absolutelyl best chili around u have to start with a base and i fully recomend bush's chili magic . its a chili maker base it has the sauce and the beans  u add fresh ground beef or w hatever meat u liek to put in yoours ... however let me give u mine :

ok i start with that and then i add fresh tomatoes and onions and let that simmer slowly in  a large pot on the bacdk burner then while th ats goin on i am browing my meat to which i add spices liek pepper salt ms dash table blend .. some garlic and mabye some chopped bell pepper  whenthats doen i add tht to the chili base adn let simmer for about 30 mins honey its the besst u will ever h ave and u made it by yourself .. they make the base in mild med and hot  .. give it a try its deliousciuos

 GOULASH

brown  ground beef til done ( amt ur choice due to size of family)

in seperate pot boil elbow macaroni tildone

when meat is done add the followin

red and green bell peppers

salt and  pepper to taste

onion

shredded sharp cheddar (set aside for last)

chopped fresh tomatoe (about one large )

mix veggies and ground beef with onion  and tomatoe til well mixed  place in cassarole dish top with cheddar and placde under broiler til cheese melts 

serve immediately

as a general rule my seasonings is as needed but h ere are some spices i use in allmy foods feel free to experimant and let me know how it comes out id liek to hear from u . as alwasy i wil lanswer any questions u may have in reagard  to any of my recipes or meals baking

  ms dash origial table blend

ms dash garlic and herb

sea salt  black pepper (   i  personally perfer the freash ground )

garlic powder

onion powder

oregano thyme italian seasoning

paprika

use to taste and enjoy

 grammas creamed corn from  scratch

 

to make this super fast and easy dish u will need fresh co rn on the cob

 

3 ears will make enough to feed about 4 ppl so choose wisely

u will have to cut teh corn completely off the cob and scrape it aftewards to get all teh good stuff

put in skillet with a teasp of butter or meat fat and cook for aboaut 2 mins

i l ike to salt and pepper my corn as it cooks

take 3 tbspns of flour and mix with water til smooth add to corn and stir constantly til it thinkiends and it wil do that really fast place on low hear and let simmer for a few mins

taste and make sure its the way u like it and serve  this is a old family reciipe my mom made it this way i hope u enjoy it \

 MEDITERRANEAN  STEAK

4  ) 4 oz steak strips

1/4 tspn kosher salt

1/4 tspn ground pepper

2 tspns olive oil

1 1/2 cps  chpd red onions

2 cloves garlic  minced

1 1/2 cps chopped t omatoes

1 cp chicken broth

1/4 cp white wine vinegar

2 tspns sugar

2 tspns dried oregeno

1/4 cp sliced green olives

2 tbspn capers

2 tspns grated lemon zest

seasnon steaks with sal and  pepper brush with olive oil

cook steaks covered over medium high heat (350-450)*

about 8-10 mins on each side or u ntil desired degrees of done ness

saute onions and garlic in olive oil for 3 mins  or until tendsr stir in tomatoes broth  vinegar sugar and oregano bring to a boil add  olives capers adn lemon zest simmer until hearted through

to serve arrange steaks on a; serving platter top with sauteed mixture and garnish with fresh  parsley  if desired

 JAMBALAYA WITH BEEF

1 lb ground beef

1/2 lb turkey sausage sliced

1 small onion  chopped

1 cp chopped celery

2 cloves garlic minced

1/2 cp chopped green 2

2 cans beef broth

1 can cajun style stewed tomatoes  undrained and chopped

1/2 cps chopped parsley

1 1/2  tspn creole seasoning

1/2 tspn ground red pepper

2 cps uncooked long rain rice

 

cook first 6 ingredients ina large ductch oven 5 mins or untill beef is browned and vegetables are tender drain

stir in brothand next 4 ingreidantes bring t o a boil

stir in rice

cover reduce heatr and simmer 25 mins or until rice is tender

top with hot sause and parsley sprigs if desired

 home made lasagna

pkg of your fav lasagna pasta

one lg can of tomatoe sauce

ground beef

italian seasoning

ricotta cheese , italian shredded cheese  parmasean cheese

cook pasta til done

in bowl mix ricotta shreded italain and pramasean cheese and half of the sause

to make sause brown meat and add to sause with italanin seasonings

layer pasta cheese spread and sauce in a large cassarole dish and top with remainin sauce and shreded cheese  and sp rinkle parmasena on top bake at 300 til cheese melts  enjoy

 cheesy rice

start with uncle bens rice

cook til done \

shred enough cheese to mix in which ever u prefer

sharp to extra sharp cheddar

cheese whiz

velveeta .. reg or mexican

if u choose the mexican style it will zip it up a notch u should try it its v ery good

mix til well blended and serve season to taste

 waldorf salad

take apples  walnuts or pecans  celery raisins adn chop up fine and mix with ur favorite dressin i liek mayo lite preferabley enjoy..
