What kinda cheese do you put in broccoli or coliflower?
sorry cindy should have checked sooner .. try a xtra sharp cheddar and shred really fine it should melt easily or u can make a cheese sauce by adding a little milk to it and placing in microwave just long enought to mix well hope this helps
