With obesity, diabetes and heart disease on the rise, so many of us need to be educated today. One important aspect to address is the consumption of sugar sweetened beverages.

I don’t think we realize just how much sugar can be consumed by one beverage. One can of Coke has 39g of sugar. Now, to look at that number on a can may not mean much to you or me.
