Butter pecan Ice cream is one of my favorites and is great with this.
Butter Pecan Bars
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup brown sugar
2 sticks of butter softened
1 3/4 cup self-rising flour
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup pecans chopped
Beat butter until fluffy. Add sugars and flour to the butter and mix well. Add eggs, vanilla and pecans, mix well. Pour into 9 x 13" pan. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes. Cut into squares. Enjoy!
