well i dont like hamburger so ive come up with a burger thats healthier
1 pkg ground chicken
1/2 packet of taco bell fajita seasoning *im sure you could use any kind of fajita seasoning this is just the one i like...they have it at super valu*
1/2 of a bell pepper of your choice.* i like to use red bc its sweet*
salt and pepper to taste
just mix the meat, seasoning, pepper, and salt & pepper..dont overmix or the meat will fall apart..form patties...cook in a pan with a little bit of extra virgin olive oil...put on a bun and your all done...enjoy!!
