It can happen, I was faced with blocked tubes, fiboroid tumors, and cysts on my ovaries. This I was diagnosed with in June of 2007 and after the surgery, I concieved in May 2008 however I did lose this pregnancy due to it being ectopic, so I ended up having the baby and the right tube removed. So now I know that I can become pregnant, but it just might take some time. So there is still hope for you just keep the faith and hold on.

thank you hun..i know theres hope i know in due time it will happen so im gonna still ttc naturally and wait til ivf is done to know if it will happen for sure
