My 3 year old daughter- how do I start?

When is a good time to start working with my daughter to get her to stay dry at night? She has been having fewer wet messes during the day but still doesn't poop in the toilet during the day but I'm not going to push her too hard on that until after my divorce is final. But when would be a good time to start with her and how DO I start?
